Does it work without internet?
Yes. The system runs locally over Zigbee 3.0, so essential functions continue when the connection drops. Nothing in daily use depends on the cloud.
Do we need to rip out our wiring?
No. Prism retrofits into your existing back boxes and existing wiring. A typical retrofit takes days, not a renovation.
Are we locked into Norvixx?
No. The system is built on an open standard, so your home is never locked to us.
Can it be added to a finished home?
Yes. Retrofit is a standard path: panels fit the back boxes and wiring already in your walls. For new builds, we coordinate with your architect and electrician from the plans.
What happens after installation?
A programming visit, where scenes and schedules are tuned with you in the finished space. After handover, remote monitoring and a direct line to the engineers who installed your system.
